[Stoves] A call to stop using the WBT

Dear Philip

Tiers are only relevant to anything, if the test sequence is relevant to use. The Energy Star rating of refrigerators in Europe is relevant to the size and style of product because a great deal is known about how such products are used.

My refrigerator, for example, keeps track of how often I open it and for how long and adjusts its operation accordingly to minimize power consumption.
