Ron and all,

Wow!!!   And I missed it.    Blame myself for not reading the GACC 
website with regualrity.   Blame the GACC for thinking that they do not 
need to announce via the other orgainizations that are also 
communicating about cookstoves.   Winrock and the biochar organizations 
have done so much better at informing about what is going on, and about 
announced webinars.    Maybe the GACC will change now that it has new 
leadership.

Do they raad the Stoves Listserv?    Even when the Subject line says     
GACC weibinar     ???    Will GACC reply to this message???

By the way, the repoet you cited starts by saying:

That clearly indicates that the GACC (and authors of that report) are 
not aware of the major success in West Bengal with the Champion TLUD 
stove.   Penetration about 60%, users continue to use (initial ones are 
now at 5 years of usage), cost is manageble, certainly has overcome 
"entrenched preferences", and the demand is HIGH, far exceeding the 
ability to provide the $40 stoves for which the $40 is recovered in a 
few years.    Read the case study on Deganga 
www.drtlud.com/deganga2016    about 11,000 TLUD stoves, that has now 
grown to about 40,000.    No interest shown YET by GACC or other 
organizations.   I am working on options for scale up and greater 
awareness.
