[Stoves] Energy requirement

800 watt x 20 -30  minutes in a steam -cooker  is 0,4 KWh for 2 meals

Joule/sec= watt/sec
30 minutes =1800 sec
800x1800=1440000 JOULE hard food
800x1200=  960000JOULE soft food

1Kg wood = 4 KWh

ANSWER = 1 200 000  j/ meal   of 9 liter space

I have a simple question for you:
How much energy (in Joules) is required to cook an average meal?  Assume some kind of stew in a pot for one adult.
