[Stoves] Stove identification please

Where in Uganda was this stove identified ? I would be keen to check on it.

Can anyone confirm that this is a fan stove for wood burning made in Lesotho?  It was spotted in Uganda.
 
  
 
It has a controllable fan running on a battery that is solar charged. With a hexagonal combustion chamber and stainless steel shell, I suspect it was made in Maseru.
