Okay that's what I thought so thanks for the clarification.

It does mean my simple  calculation was in the right ball park and
that even an apparently clean flame, like from rockets and TLUDs that
have no visible smoke, could require 1000 fold dilution before the
ambient air was within recommended maximums.

Reinforcing the view that venting through a chimney above roof level is best.
