[Stoves] Ethanol blends for automobiles - a retrograde step

Hello!

Govt. of India has made a new policy of increasing ethanol blends in petrol
to 20%. I think this is a retrograde step. Ethanol is a good feedstock for
chemicals or even as a good cooking and lighting fuel.

I have written a small essay on this and it is being shared for discussion.
