[Stoves] Cast concrete stove / curing time?

Interesting,i just wonder they don't mention any curing time for the cement?Does it mean the cement works also without curing time to get hard?
Normally i would say at least one week of curing under a plastic bag to keep it wet, or better 2 to 3 weeks curing.
