[Stoves] TLUD gas mixing

Thank you for your interest, questions, and your patients with my 
odd-ball ideas.

I have added a bit to my answers to your questions. Attached is a 
hypothetical model which might be interesting and help communicate why 
the bluff body burner works so well.
