<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3 face="Times New Roman">When I first heard about the project I questioned the wisdom of using the lignite found in our area of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:State><st1:place>Mississippi</st1:place></st1:State> (about 15 miles from the plant location). I’ve never heard of anyone trying to burn this lignite. Even in a forest fire the “outcroppings” of lignite don’t burn. </FONT></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p><FONT size=3 face="Times New Roman"> </FONT></o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN class=Emphasis2><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">The byproducts of the process are said to be sulfuric acid and CO2. They say they already have customers that will buy both byproducts. The CO2 will go into a pipeline for transport about 40 miles South to the oil fields.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></SPAN></P>

It is a far better system efficiency than a single step process but it certainly comes at a cost. There was initial talk about putting one into Ulaanbaatar as they 520 MW plant is getting close to capacity. It is pretty expensive.</SPAN></P>

It has been licensed to China. It was developed for a Mississippi-based coal deposit. The Boss man (CNBC interview) did not define ‘cleaner’.</SPAN></P>
