Yes, I could see the video this time. Informative. Comments:<br>

1. Of course I will say that the same upper structure of the
institutional stove would also work with a moderate size TLUD
underneath.<br>
<br>
2. I would like to see the inside of the large black outer
cylinder. It has a central cylinder to direct the flames up to
the pot (very good), but I think that is held in place by bars,
not by a bottom plate, because the hot gases need to go downward
to the mouth of the chimney.<br>
<br>
3. Two major differences from the institutional cooker by Fred
and Damon at Colgan's Island:<br>
A. No insulation<br>
B. The hot gases are not required to make an upward run along the
side of the pot, and then downward in a separate annulus space
before exiting to the chimney at the level of the bottom of the
pot.<br>
<br>
Those two differences would considerably alter the costs, and we
are not sure how much impact on efficiencies/fuel use/time to
boil.<br>
<br>
Can you please tell us the retail price (equivalent in US
Dollars).<br>
<br>
I really like that it is dual purpose, with the plancha
alternative.<br>
