The purpose of the award(s) would be to strengthen the private sector distribution of fuel-efficient biomass cookstoves in Kenya. This is <u>not</u> a request for applications for grant funding. Rather, the role of this announcement is to share the draft program description in order to: (i) Gather feedback from potential stakeholders about the proposed parameters of the possible grant competition; and (ii) Identify potential applicants interested in developing proposals for future RFAs in this technical field and geographic area.
