<DIV>Normaly, a ND gasifier have no air controls, doors, ports etc.</DIV>

<DIV>The only opening is at the top of the fuel chamber and the channels between the inner and outer cylinder, which are fixed. </DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=4><SPAN lang=EN>Design challenges for biomass fired appliances.<BR>Affordability, functionality, and durability are just a few challenges.<BR>Another design challenge for stoves is the various openings and how to close them.<BR>Openings and closures are used for, combustion air controls, doors, fuel hatches and ports, for ash removal, and for exhaust outlets. <BR>Openings and closures that are affordable, practical, rugged, durable and easy to use could be useful for many different stove designs.<BR>The stove body is the easy part.
