Probably could convert faster.<br><br> 2. I have eaten wonderful barbecue in Kenya - cooked over charcoal. I know nothing about doing the barbeque with an enclosure - which makes it into what we might call a smoker. I think the list person wth the most experience about barbeques and cookng might be Lanny Henson (cc'd). <br><br> Lanny. Could you have the same cooking success with similar "cabinet" designs,but with a charcoal maker at the bottom rather a charcoal-using jiko? <br><br> 3.
