is a suggestion that might be helpful. If you put a
link between the handle and the chip ejector the chip
ejector will operate automatically on the upstroke. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

if the right side of the frame were to be cut away and
the chip ejector widened to make a descending platform
linked to the sharp disk, it would work like a sheet
metal guillotine and support the off-cut side as it
descended during cutting. This would reduce the effort
needed by about 50% (might be more). It should not
create the piece-chucking problem. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
