There is a Zambian guy who did his PhD in the examination of the spray nozzles needed to do it with kerosene. He is involved in the world of stoves. He used lasers to examine the spray characteristics which are critical to getting the oxidation of carbon to take place without any visible flame at all. It is all about the nozzles.
