<p>You are right about IDRC, and they are not much interested,
eventhough it has multidimension benifits.<br>
I have sent a request on skype, you just let me know the
suitable timming to discuss the same. <br>
Nepal and India is not so far, if you are planning to visit in
coming days then we can meet. It would be nice if you can visit
our foundation between 7 to 10 August where we are hosting
International Year of Family farming conference. <br>
