This is a variation on the radio frequency assisted water gas production with an 'acoustic' twist. It has been demonstrated many times that subjecting water to certain radio frequencies during ordinary electrolysis can greatly increase the gas production rate
temporarily and erratically. No one knows why. It was described by the great inventor Garth Whitworth-Williams-Foxcroft as real but not reproducible. He had observed a six-fold increase in efficiency briefly but there is no free energy and no one knows how
it works. Shaking the H2O molecules is the key. He tried to incorporate it into his 135 HP hydrogen burning engine. I never heard about an 'acoustic' method. </div>
