    P.S. This year if I attend CHAB Camp (as a speaker?, if possible) I
    would really like to focus on the [value- added uses for] biochar
    (practical applications that can be acheived within communities) ~
    as well as the (slightly larger) Institutional / Community-scale
    systems ... more than the [very small] 'individual cookstove-scale'
    systems.<br>

              The request for abstracts for the US Biochar Conference is
              still open.<br>

              My particular involvement is with the char-making aspects
              during Stove Camp and at the Char Production Gathering. 
              To cover expenses and some of the food, the cost is
              approximately US$100 per day, in arrangement with
              Aprovecho.<br>
              <br>
              It is always nice to have some idea in advance about who
              is or might be coming, but you are always welcome, even at
              the last minute.<br>
