<p dir="ltr">What a great thought for collaborative efforts? Its also great to observe the keen interest of Erich and Andrew alongside other folks. I have no reservations for such a noble cause and open to any thoughts of collaborative work and to put this to the next possible level.</p>
<p dir="ltr">On a lighter note, have you yet come out with an upscale version of a TLUD ? Under what scale up factor if yes ? If integrated with an assisted fan could process a significant yield of biochar and heat alongside it's conventional benefits. This would create a new prototype beyond conventional cooking. Every household with an upscaled TLUD would then be able to process their own biochar and put back their soils. The TEG (alongside other functions) would then produce electricity to power the fan to expedite the gasification reactions (reduce on the gasification time) as the conventional natural draft would take longer hours to process. This would produce different brands of TLUDs in the market, from conventional cooking, power and char to midscale char and power. It would indeed be great to equally think about the possibility to recycle the heat lost inform of vapors either as a form of drying the moist biomass or another form of value addition.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I'm sure this is something we can achieve and I'm looking forward to a day where these ideas can be showcased beyond the anticipated challenges.<br></p>

I and Nolbert of Awamu in Kampala are interested in your development
of a workshop for stove production. <br />

The use of some of the generated power to operate a small fan on a
TLUD-FA stove is of interest, but (as you surely know) natural draft
units are also able to give the needed heat. BOTH avenues are of
interest.<br />
<br />
How open are you to collaborative efforts about linking the TEG in
TLUD stoves? The "TEG-TLUD" efforts could become collaborative or
competitive, depending on the desires of those involved. I favor
collaboration.<br />
