Or, as Anil considers it, "Working poor don't have the luxury of cooking three meals a day at home." <br class=""><br class="">Even at the Bottom of the Pyramid, if not more so. This is what makes "community kitchens" and "mobile kitchens" attractive interventions for NGOs who work with the poor. Most of them have given up on "better biomass stoves for the poor." <br class=""><br class="">Hence the opportunity for cooking and selling aDALY-dosa burgers to the glib and gullible partners of GACC - the Global Alliance of Confidence Cooks. (I'd say Confidence Men, which won't fit all.) <br class=""><br class="">Commercializing cooking - eating out, buying cooked foods - is an ancient tradition, not that WHO and EPA would care, because that would deprive them of acting careers in morality plays. <br class=""><br class="">It is necessary to misunderstand poverty in order to get rich. <br class=""><br class="">Nikhil<br class=""><br class=""> </div>
