Hosted by the other energy program of the UN Foundation - SE4All EAPN. <br><br>It is supposed to be for lighting and power, but then SAFE (co-chaired by GACC) is about both fuel and energy, and GACC is unlikely to have "best practices" in decentralized lighting and power by cookstoves in, um, "humanitarian settings".<br><br>GACC should act with a sense of urgency about the remaining three billion people supposedly condemned to the unSAFE dirty cooking solutions. <br><br>If Jordanian refugees can get a 2 MW solar plant to run their clothes washers and refrigerators, why not cooking with solar thermal and PV induction? (Apologies, Ron: there may not be much biomass in the desert. I wonder what they cook with, though.
