The Action Plan is dated September 2017 when there was a request for comments. It appears that the exact same plan has been approved (no changes indicated) to be implemented. The suggestions from the comments have not been made available. It is hard to believe that there were zero comments that could have modified the plan. <br><br><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><br><br><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>2.
