 between 2 and 12 inches.  I once saw 500 tons of it on the premises. Apparently these days the price has made it economically unviable. </div>

 along the floor. Then a conveyor that removed one-sided pieces, and an elevator that dropped fuel into a rotating X each cavity of which drops a portion into the combustor, variable speed, of course. </div>
