[Digestion] Inoculation for Small Digesters

[Alexander Eaton]

Is bread yeast similar enough to the methogen populations we want?  Or does
it provide some of the initial start-up process only so that the methogens
can get established more rapidly? Just to understand the concept.   Gracias
