[Digestion] Text Book Suggestion Needed

Dear Digestion list Members!

I have begun to teach a 3-credit course on bioenergy which consists 50%
time on biogas at the post graduate level that includes students
registered for Masters by Research and Doctoral students [sprinkled with a
few UG students auditing the course].  Needless to say the wide skill
/knowledge range brings in a whole lot of hurdles.  It sometimes helps if
one (as a teacher) could tell the less "initiated" to read 'a certain
Chapter' from a text book before they come to the next class!!

Any suggestions for a good text book specifically on biogas process and
technology that balances the 'Science and Engineering" at the Master's
level is welcome.

Or any other advice /suggestions from those who have undertaken this
difficult task is also welcome
