Do not click the link it leads to a pseudo Viagra promo site, and 
possible virus infected !

Jai check or better renew all your passwords, and run a good malware & 
virus scanner on your PC,
I'm sure you didn't posted that link yourself, but your system has been 
hacked or virus infested.

Mod, maybe you better put his account on moderated until matters are solved.
