[Gasification] Range Fuels Closing Plant

Big plants can be tricky.  Separating propane from natural gas is a  
common chore, but there was one refinery persistently passing 50% of  
it right through for a year until a pal of mine got his turn to tweak  
it.  He did so well it was first assumed to be a fraud, going from  
the worst to the best in a day or so.
