..aye, whitewashing drug etc money, they may _want_ to show IRS 
et al a loss, so they can legally use "clean" money to e.g. go 
to Mars on vacation during the next nuke war, or somesuch, at 
least this makes logical sense to me.  Maybe tip them off?
