[Gasification] Proposal request for gasifiers

On behalf of a client we about to call for proposals for two biomass
gasification power systems for installation on Pacific islands. Required
electrical outputs are about 350 kWe for one with average load of about
175 kWe and between 1 and 1.5 MWe for the other. Fuel will be wood chip
and there is no heat use other than for drying of chip so focus is on
generation.
