got'em! Many thanks. Now I have to work tru them and get them in order.

Very interesting that kind of shaft going down from the monorator into the
actual gazzy.What does it do? Stir? or is it a secondary air duct?

How many h do you have on the unit?

The alternator reminds me of the ones I own of the same brand.
Hope the quality of the slip rings and the cables has vastly improved,
otherwise don't hesitate to change at least the latter and perhaps take the
regulator's box away from the alterator's body and mount it on the nearest
wall.The original chineese fastons soon lost tension and gave trouble.

Is there any experience with beetle repelling action of the tarry water, no
side effects?

Would be very interesting to know how goats and deer react to the painting. 
If it actually repelles them from biting the bark, you have a huge plus!
