# Sure, that would work!! However, it would probably be the equivalent to a 
"floating fuel oil factory and refinery". Every ship would have to tow one 
along behind them. Or, they could have a such a "Central Fuel Oil Factory 
Refinery" travelling with a Fleet, and have tankers that ran out to refuel 
ships that didn't have their own "Oil Factory Equivalent".

# Such a "Floating Fuel Factory" would be a very attractive target for the 
Enemy. Wouldn't it be simpler and more practical to leave the "Fuel Factory" 
ashore in a safe location, and simply deliver fuel by tanker, like they do 
now?
