Isn’t there a USAF base nearby to help them get rid of all of the jet fuel they’ll be making?M. From: Gasification [mailto:gasification-bounces at lists.bioenergylists.org] On Behalf Of Jeff Davis

Subject: Re: [Gasification] New Gasification Project 140,000 ton x 2000 lbs x 8000 Btu = 2.24 10^24 Btu of wood
12 million x 130000 Btu = 1.56 10^12 Btu of diesel
1.56 / 2.24 = 69% efficiency
To get an idea of the amount of fiber:
140,000 / 20 ton (triaxle truck) = 7000 loads per year
7000 / 365 = 19 loads a day. Green wood would be more. Not counting the wood needed for the lumber.
But those are baby log trucks compared to Michigan's trucks with pup trailers and 11 axles. No idea how much they can haul in Denver.
