Folks,

Now that we know we can produce roughly 2.4 million gallons annually of refined pyroligneous acid (wood vinegar) from a single 50k lpd fuel plant, the search is on for a large-scale application or an off-taker for all that material.

Recent quotations for WV range from $1.70 to as as high as $3 USD per Liter, but the global market appears to be even newer and therefore smaller than the worldwide biochar market, so there's much work to be done in market development.

If anyone knows of a successful grant writer for agricultural R&D please let us know.

Organic Farming appears to be the big opportunity and there's a long list of Claimed Uses for Wood Vinegar <http://www.woodvinegar.com.au/claimed-uses/>
