[Greenbuilding] watts up?

Wow. Not sure I¹ve ever been paged before.

Consumption should be determined by the bulb. The ballast would be rated to
max out at 18W but ³passes through² what the bulb is burning. I talked to
technical guys at two of our CFL manufacturers who confirmed this.
