[Greenbuilding] incidents of fire involving polyurethane insulation...

I am sure there are many fires in buildings which contain polyurethane foam.  But is the question not "examples of fires in buildings where polyurethane was implicated as accelerating / causing the fire or where PUR enhanced damage"? or something like that?
