[Greenbuilding] Carbon and Nitrogen taxes - was drying clothes

If nitrogen in the atmosphere is a problem, then obviously we need more alfalfa and clover.

Since Nitrogen may be the bigger problem, do we need a Nitrogen tax too? Maybe a sulfur and fluorine tax??
