[Greenbuilding] a devil's bargain

It's too bad no one's ever considered asking Ms. Marcellus. I'm sure she'd have a few things to say if we stopped fracking long enough to listen.

Of course the earth has been speaking up for quite some time now, but it's obvious us two legged folk only begin to listen when she yells at us.
