[Greenbuilding] World Congress on Sustainable Technologies (WCST-2012): Paper Submission deadline has been extended!

I'm not sure it's worth the rush, and certainly not to trawl the Qantas website. 

The submission date for papers has been delayed five months, and, looking at http://www.wcst.org/Programme.html, I see the "preliminary" programme has yet to be announced.
