[Greenbuilding] Gas prices pressuring coal

(1) With fracking it is no longer so clear how much better of a GHG
footprint natural gas represents compared to coal.
(2) This is mostly rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. We need to
(figure out how to) leave the fossil fuels in the ground asap, all of them.
