[Greenbuilding] Hardwood Floor Sound Underlays and Pest Management

Hello all,

I have 2 questions for the group:


1.       Does anyone know of a regionally produced high recycled content wood floor sound underlayment?

2.       What have been people's experience with multi-family building pest control?  Even eco-insecticides are still insecticides!
