Don know if this is very helpful :

When we still had pigs, we used to burn straw inside our stys to kill 
pathogens and insects by heat after we weened the wee ones.
Of course this was a familiar operation, between 6 and 10 sows only.
Steam jets are good on concrete for both the mecanical and thermal effect.
Hot exhaust from a ICE could do the trick, too.
Steam is quite easy to handle.
