[Digestion] Digestion of Grape Pomace and Winery Wastewater Sludge

Work was undertaken on grape pomace at Cornell in the 1980's. I don't have
the reference but might be able to find them. We certainly did work there on
apple pomace which was successful. Costings etc. all depends on where you
are and what level of system you need to implement.
