[Digestion] Biogas appliances survey

Dear digestion list, 

 

I am working in Tanzania and am in the middle of conducting some research
into biogas appliances. I'm trying to get a list together of the types of
appliances (stoves, lamps, rice cookers, heaters etc) which are being used
by biogas programs around the world to find out which would be most suitable
for the biogas market here. 

 

At the moment there are a few imported models made by a Chinese company
called Puxin, and SNV have managed a program to manufacture a version of the
Cambodian DTW stove locally, but I wanted to find out whether there was a
more suitable solution for the domestic market. I'd also be interested to
hear peoples experience of biogas lamps as the Puxin lamps available over
here are pretty cheap, but not particularly durable. 

 

I was wondering whether anyone could either help me directly me by sending
me some technical information about the types of appliances which they are
using or promoting (I'd be particularly interested in the manufacturers
details in order to obtain a sample) or whether anyone could provide some
contacts for people who might be able to help me with this research.
