[Gasification] Complex issue analysis

Dear List,

Some time ago the Wonder Bread people were up in arms about alternative
energy, locally. They want laws to limit what roof you can place your
solar cells on and "push-back" the wind mills. OK to have the stuff but
it can not be in plain view.... Your solar cells would have to be
mounted on the roof facing the rear of the house.
