OK...I have been monitoring this group for quite some time...and I have to concur with Toby...and add...

STEAM...is like Dr. Pepper...paraphrasing...'MIS UNDERSTOOD"...

Phase change is the POWER and VALUE of "water"...er...vapor...er...ice...er STEAM...
