Borealis Wood Power Corp. is pleased to announce that our demonstration and
training facility has been commissioned at our plant in Burlington Ontario.

Our Spanner RE2 wood gasification technology uses standard wood chips to
give you combined heat and power (CHP) delivering 45 kW electrical power and
100 kW thermal power.

Inside our plant you will see the full operation of the gasification skid
that takes delivery of the dry wood chips and converts them to a wood gas.
It is then cooled and filtered before entering the CHP module where it is
used to power a GM V8 engine that turns the generator to create electrical
and thermal power.

Storage

Outside of our building we have our chip dryer that uses some of the thermal
power generated to dry the chips. From here they are moved over to the
storage and delivery bunker where they will be augered in automatically as
the gasification fuel.

The waste product is a biochar that is automatically augered to an outside
collection container.
