[Greenbuilding] Opinions on electric tankless HW heaters?

I've used Eemax heaters for twenty years now. I bought a 6.5 kw unit  
last month for $205. from West Side Wholesale.
With a 9.5 kw unit, you can take a hot shower with well water. It's a  
bit thin with the 6.5...
