Yes, a rogue Condo Board can be an ugly thing.

But, as a long time condo owner and sometime condo board member my 
experience is that a key element to happy condo life is understanding 
how owning a condo is different from owning a home.


Like anything else in life, the key is in understanding what you're 
getting into.
