[Greenbuilding] toilet / sink combo

I used one in Japan, not sure of the brand. Toilet works like normal, and handwashing: small sink, so be careful not to splash; the toilet refill is ~1.28 gpf and this was more than I needed to wash my hands, so the water just kept running after handwashing, which took getting used to. Also the issue of where you hang the handtowel. And there is a little more reaching than at a typical sink, since you are reaching over the toilet bowl.

We specified the Caroma Smart sink-over-toilet for a compact powder room in Palo Alto, CA. http://www.caromausa.com/products/index/cu_products39.php The owner was on-board for the water savings, but also called it the "prison toilet". I used the sink there; works great, same as Japanese version. With U.S. code clearances to either side of toilet, you can stand on the side and not reach as far.

The distributor is located somewhere here in the Bay Area, Northern California.
