[Greenbuilding] replies to Greenbuilding list

Hi David,

 

When you click Reply, it should reply to the list instead of the poster of
the original message. That way someone can click reply, and keep the thread
of the conversation going.  In our experience, this setting is the
least-problematic of the available options, although it requires a little
extra work to have a message only directed to the poster. 

 

The duplication you are seeing with the "reply all" is a little more
unusual. I think it may have more to do with the features and settings of
your particular email program, as I was only able to duplicate it on one of
several email programs I tried.

it sends two copies to the listserv rather than one to the post-er and one
to the list?
